MUSICAL NOTES

What do you do for PMZ?

I am the Fundraising Manager

Do you play any instruments / sing?

I sing! I had one lesson and was told I sing deep, I love a harmony and a big Welsh male voice choir in a small Welsh chapel makes me cry.

What musical instrument would best describe you and why?

Banjo, only because my grandad made them, I like to dance and I come from the home of George Formby

What has music done for you in your life?

Music has kept me sane and connected. Listening and dancing to others music links me with others and lifts me up, literally on a dance floor. On the few occasions I have been part of making or producing music it feels deeply creative, second only to creating life in motherhood.

What’s the best bit about working at PMZ?

A feeling of being with a group of people who really care about people first and foremost.

100

The Good the Bad and Ugly when I was about 7. I can’t think why now really, good beat maybe. The next one was Bob0100 Marley Exodus when I was about 14, which I still love.
